The best restaurant in town. Food, service ambience is top notch. Everything in the menu is great. We just returned from Japan and the food (sushi in particular) here beats what we had at a 2 michelin star. Can't say anything more positive. Its been our goto place for the good times and the tough times. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Uchi over the weekend. I was a solo walk in and they seated me at the sushi bar. Such a cool experience to sit right in front of where your food is made and order directly with the chef in front of you. Ro was great! He worked with me to find safe gluten free/GF options and explained each dish to be sure it was safe. Thanks for such a great night and awesome service!
The food was incredible! Some of the best Japanese food I have had in a long time. Fresh fish (the tuna was to die for) and they even had GF soft shell crab! Unfortunately I was unable to try their GF karage because their fryer was down.
Prices were a bit high for individual nigiris, but the rest of the menu wasn't too bad for Miami standards.
Will most definitely be returning.

The food portion was a little small for the prices and unfortunately our server was too inexperienced. You know they don’t know anything when they tell you “honestly everything is good”, or point you to things that shouldn’t be the specialty when you ask for what’s good. Like recommending a salad at a place for sashimi. If a Japanese sashimi place were as authentic as the one in Austin, they should know which fish from Japan is good this week, how the sashimi tastes and which are the good pairings.
We ordered a bunch of pretty good stuff, none recommended by our server. It’s ok to be new, but it’s better to say you’re new than to make stuff up that makes little sense.

Run don’t walk. Everything was fire 🔥🔥🔥We sat at the sushi bar and Cesar was amazing, he really hooked it up (tysm Cesar you’re the best). Alessio our server was so sweet.
From the Hama chili to the soft shell crab roll, everything was delicious! Don’t sleep on the halibut, with it’s mouth watering coconut beurre blanc sauce 🤤. The fried milk was so good too. 10/10 experience

Had an amazing dinner at Uchi Miami in Wynwood! The restaurant is beautiful — modern, warm, and elegant, with a calm atmosphere that makes it perfect for a date night or special dinner.
The service was outstanding — our server was super knowledgeable and helped guide us through the menu, explaining each dish and pacing everything perfectly. We never felt rushed, and every detail was spot on.
The food was exceptional. We tried several dishes from the “hot” and “cool” sections, plus a mix of nigiri and rolls — everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The oak-grilled escolar and short rib were both must-tries, and the sushi was some of the best I’ve had in Miami. The cocktails were creative and balanced, and dessert was the perfect ending.
It’s definitely on the higher-end side, but the quality and experience make it completely worth it. Parking and valet are available nearby, and I recommend making a reservation, especially for dinner.
Overall, Uchi Miami is easily one of the best sushi restaurants in the city — top-quality food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere. 100% recommend!
