I visit one of their locations almost daily but as someone who visits NYC & Miami and visits both of the PV restaurants, this one has to be the slowest service. There’s always a line, management has zero awareness to ever step in and assist with the line and there is zero hospitality given by staff. They’re short, slow and always understaffed. Seems like a miss from upper management here as most people near the kitchen are always standing around.

Employee did not allow us to eat inside despite receiving the food 30 minutes before closing time, so the employee converted our order to be take away. The take away order was not handed to us, I had to follow up and received it myself (why paying for service fee?) Also, when asked another employee if we can sit outside to eat, he shouted NO despite it was before closing time.

The food is delicious but I don’t think I am coming back is overrated!they also had half of the place reserved and they wouldn’t let you sit where you wanted 😔
