Todo es espectacular EXCEPTO que no planifican el staff para satisfacer la alta demanda en horarios y días pico como sábado en la mañana. Es inconcebible que tengan una sola persona tomando órdenes y la fila llegue a la acera. Más de una vez he esperado, pero me he ido antes de ordenar, porque no estoy para complicarme la vida. Cuiden a sus clientes, sobre todo a los que tienen a minutos caminando, porque somos propensos a venir hasta por un milkshake. Pero cuidado, al menos este location está rodeado de mil opciones. Es una debilidad de Pura Vida Coconut Grove este tema de las órdenes, espero la resuelvan ASAP. El servicio en general es excelente, Carlos es un excelente mesero siempre atento a los clientes y las chicas de la caja muy amables.
