- ECEtienne C.Dec 22, 20251.0The two employees at the café were not friendly and they gave me dirty looks when they said my name and I picked up my coffee. Also, after I paid for my coffee, an employee told me I could not bring in my scooter inside anymore because it is a tripping hazard. So I suggested I could use one of the private rooms, this way it wouldn’t be a tripping hazard. Then he changed his justification and said that Capital One doesn’t want scooters inside at all, regardless. So I went outside, but all four outside tables were taken. So I got a coffee and went all the way there to get work done on my computer for nothing.

I really appreciate how there are nooks you can reserve, as well as discounted coffee. For a place that’s not a small business, their drinks are insanely good. Also, all the people working there are incredibly nice. I made a bit of a mess once, and everyone, even the other customers, were willing to help me. I can’t recommend enough 🩷

The service alone makes a huge difference, Sheila and Ellie were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and just made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. We got to try a few of their limited-time holiday drinks, and they all delivered a cheerful twist: * Gingersnap Latte: Warm, slightly spicy, and not too sweet. It has that cozy ginger-cookie vibe without being heavy. * Cardamom Ginger Matcha: Really unique. The cardamom gives it a floral taste, and the ginger blends well with the matcha. * Cinnamon Maple Latte: Smooth and light, with a nice natural maple sweetness. The foam on top adds a really soft, silky texture that makes the whole drink feel extra comforting. The café itself is modern and comfortable, but the only downside is that it gets pretty packed, especially during rush hours. It would be great to sit and relax with a coffee without the crowd, but even with that, this is still the location I prefer over all the others. Overall, great vibes, great drinks, and Sheila and Ellie really make the experience feel personal. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in Brickell, specially now during the chill Miami weather.

Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card

- Receive sign-in support

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
