We had an amazing experience - Brandon immediately greeted us when we walked in and took the time to get to know us. He even bought us a coffee after learning we had just bought our first house… it made our whole day! Our drinks tasted great and it was nice to recharge and refuel there before we caught a flight. 10/10 recommend this location!

- DDdianeb1824 days ago2.0We ordered avocado toast, and ham and cheese croissant. The "toast" was impossibly hard, couldn't cut it with a knife. Threw it out(shouldn't have). I did let the staff know, but wasn't well received, stating they only toast it for 45 seconds. This was the part where regret from throwing that brick away came in. They offered something else ,afterall, but at that point I was done. Croissant was so-so for my husband.

There's different kinds of seating and workspaces, natural light, fast wifi. The main seating area is a bit busier than I like (I distract easily) but towards the back is quieter. There's some "meeting rooms" back there that you could also ask to use for my road warriors and digital nomads. Very well priced, especially after the capital one customer discount. (under $3 for a cortado, in Brickell??) There's several capital one ATMs and banking advisor on site as well, in case you were drawn by the "Capital One" part of the name instead of the "Cafe"

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH

Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.
Can you reserve space at the Café?
Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
