- RBR BNov 17, 20251.0This Burger King never fails to disappoint. When it’s not one thing, it’s something else. I ordered through the app like I always do — 2-for-1 Classic Chicken Sandwich, cut in half, extra mayo. Simple. Yet they never cut them, and today was no different. They made me wait at the first window because of their timer, and when I finally got my order, nothing was right. Sandwiches not cut, barely any mayo, and one even had two different patties — clearly from a crispy sandwich, not the Classic Chicken I ordered. The flavors aren’t the same, so it’s obvious they just threw whatever they had in there. If they’re out of Classic patties, just say that at the speaker. Tell me I need to wait or ask if I want something else. Don’t hand me the wrong food and hope I don’t notice. It’s frustrating because this is the only location nearby, and I keep hoping they’ll get it right one day — but it never happens. They really need to clean house and hire people who can follow instructions and actually read the order. At this point, I don’t think this place will ever change.
