Spectacular atmosphere, wonderful food, but what made the difference was the superlative service from Bianca, who suggested some of the best dishes on the menu, such as the spicy crunchy salmon, the P-38 (yellowtail), and the bluefin maki, all excellent! We will definitely be back to try the other dishes.

Her passion for the food truly showed in the way she explained each dish and guided us through the experience. Bianca strikes the perfect balance between being present and letting you enjoy the meal, which made the night feel special. If you go to Uchiko, you absolutely have to ask for her.

- JJJulieDec 31, 20255.0We loved our experience at Uchiko. We came for a visit to Miami from out of town and ended up coming for dinner here twice. The quality and service are impeccable. Wesley our server was phenomenal. Give him a raise! On our first night we enjoyed the omakase course for 2. On our second night, our favorite bites were the bluefin tuna makimono, albacore tuna nigiri, dumplings, and hamachi collar. In our opinion everything is worth a try on their curated menu! When we are back in Miami, this will definitely be our go to spot for dinner and drinks. Thank you Wesley for taking such good care of us!
