We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor and unprofessional. The staff was inattentive, slow, and at times even rude, which made us feel unwelcome.
On top of that, the food was badly prepared and far below what we expected. The dishes were poorly cooked, poorly seasoned, and in some cases served cold. It was clear that little care was taken in the kitchen, which is unacceptable for a place that claims to be a restaurant of this level.
Overall, the combination of bad service and low-quality food made this a very unpleasant experience. We will not be returning, and we do not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or decent customer service.

The wait time is extremely long. The staff is insane and don’t answer any questions about the order. DO NOT GO!

We placed an order at 630 it is now 8 and our food has not even been made yet. That is completely unacceptable. I understand being busy and all but you shouldn't be offering door dash if you can't bust the orders out. Worst experience i ever had from taco bell

Gave up to get our food after 45 min and just left.
Told me the bathroom is open, but you needed a key and staff did not give it to me. Not very helpful staff...

Very dirty place! All chairs and tables, floors covered in grease, most of the times trash and tons of food scraps left on all the surfaces. And, you will see that some of the tables were wiped at some point from the streaks and stains that were left, so, still greasy and still crumbles and food scraps all over. Kiosk screens, oh, Gosh! So dirty that touchscreens stopped working a long time ago. Windows are so dirty, floors and order counters are all greasy, you don't want your hands touching those... and it's not because I went there in a rush hour, no, it's empty most of the time, it was 10-11 am, no music, no people, "Silent Hill" for half an hour that I spent there trying to figure out how to order, app was not responding, touchscreens on kiosks not working, one and only kiosk that was half-functioning was useless because I could not access my rewards account to order and, workers not even coming to the registers... I gave up on ordering walking side to side for half an hour and left for same old McDonald's next door to wait on an endless line and got my food successfully as it always is at Mcd or any other fast food chain for that matter, except taco bell on one of the most popular areas of the US - South Beach, Miami!!! Not some forgotten corner of the states... Very very frustrating.
