  tl;dr: Management of Pura Vida is a disaster. Rather than ordering on DoorDash, I walked half a mile so that I could order in person and support a business. I wanted half quinoa and half rice for my bowl. You would think I asked for a free meal the way they all said it wasn’t possible. They had to get the manager. The manager came out and “it’s company policy that doesn’t allow us to use half rice/quinoa.” I said “what about just giving me a tablespoon of each and charge me for the full amount so you actually save money.” They said it wasn’t possible. So I left. Rather than using two brain cells to solve a basic request, they lost business. This is typical behavior for Pura Vida. Every time I’ve ordered in the past few years, either a sticker is on the produce (meaning they don’t wash it), items are missing, or there’s some other issue. At least those cases were just sloppy carelessness. Not being able to fulfill a basic request like half rice and half quinoa is simply idiotic management. Never again.

  I had such a great experience at Pura Vida Miami! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Alfredo took care of us and he was amazing super friendly, attentive, and made everything feel easy and pleasant. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile with a smile. Definitely coming back!

  Pura Vida South Pointe makes the Miami experience better for everyone. It’s become a part of my life and the SoFi life. The food is great, but the overall experience is what sets it apart. The decor, music, and service creates a relaxing and much needed experience. I want to highlight Naty, Brian, Carol, Sol, Yare, Laura and Alfred and the entire team for making me feel at home. I’m grateful.

  This was our first visit to a Pura Vida. My wife and I loved our selections for lunch. The ingredients were fresh and healthy, the taste was amazing and portion size was great. On top of that, Brian brought our food to the table with a smile and greeted us kindly. A little later, he came to the table and cleared our bowls. When we mentioned this was our first visit to a Pura Vida and we loved our lunch. All of a sudden he came back to the table and gave us a complimentary treat as a means of welcoming us. Quite amazing! We definitely will be coming back to this restaurant (and hope that Brian is working). Also, perfect atmosphere while eating outside.

  Pura Vida Miami is one of my favorite spots in the city. The atmosphere is calm and coastal, with that perfect Miami vibe — bright, clean, and full of good energy. The food is always fresh and beautifully presented, especially the avocado toast and acai bowls. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff are friendly and efficient, and even when it’s busy, everything feels smooth and relaxed. It’s my go-to place when I want something healthy but still delicious.
