  I ordered a spicy spring and for all the seasoning there was no flavor to it, not much spice either. We also ordered the green machine and it wasn’t too tasty. There weren't many options to choose from and there is truly no where to sit. I wouldn’t come back with so many available options within walking distance.

  Environment is fun and inviting for family, couples, and anyone having fun on the beach. So glad a place likes this just opened as it hit the spot! Authentic New York style pizza and Elizabeth provided professional service which made our vacation experience that much more enjoyable! Will definitely come back again when we are back in town! Keep it up!

  Been to the NYC location many many times. This one is nothing like if for nothing else then employees in NYC are efficient and have good customer service and employees here are lazy and have no customer service skills. So first off there was a line to order pizza, not too unexpected but this is the only location that has not figured out online ordering or a separate line to order pies. ok 15 minutes wasted. I ordered a simple 10 inch pie. I try to pay with a gift card someone gave me. Three geniuses couldn't figure out how to pay with a gift card and one of them told me it was invalid. Had to get the manager who told them they were pulling up a reward account and not a gift card. No sorry or anything to me of course. 10 minutes more wasted. waiting for my pie they seemed to serve everyone else but me. I asked twice where my pie was before they seemed to have made it. certain they forgot about me. third time they told me it was coming. Finally, they realized they had my half cold pizza made already just sitting there. All-in I waited 30 minutes for a simple 10 inch pie that was half cold. I asked for a refund mid way, nope just be patient. I wish I had paid by credit card so I could have just walked out. Worst part, no sorry for the wait, no here is something to make up for the wait and half cold. nothing. just here is your 10 inch pizza that is basically two slices that took an hour. I asked for red pepper packets even that took forever to get. In short, save the trip here. Go anywhere else for pizza. Its not worth the hype or the Instagram shot. Come and take a picture and leave without ordering. Maybe order a slice. Do not, DO NOT order a pie. maybe the geniuses here could figure out that thing from the 2000s called online ordering? I probably could have built them the app in the time it took to get my pizza.

  Went at 2pm and the pizza was not good. It’s like it sat overnight!! There was no line and a ton of employees. They were friendly but the pizza was terrible. Left and see the old pizza rustica with about 60 people sitting down and then I see joes, what a mistake I made. Prince is a hard pass for me. Just tried to call this Gaston Gomez to discuss him trying to gaslight my review. What a FUNNY guy, I never mentioned the day I visited… you are a JOKE! Staff picked up and advised there is no management on site. This explains ALOT!

  All influencer hype and this is the perfect example. No matter how much money you throw at media it’s all about the water. While the staff was very kind the pizza was so sub par and underwhelming it wasn’t worth the drive to the beach. First and foremost, there is no actually indoor or outdoor seating, with a spot for two people inside to enjoy a mediocre slice. While everyone stares you down for the said spot. The display case should have been the sign to make a U-turn but we still fell for it. We went with the spicy pepperoni and two slices of the cheese. The cheese was nothing but a FLOP! Each bite was a different taste from sweet to sour that wasn’t so pleasant. The spicy pepperoni had no actual flavor and no cheese at that. While standing there with no plates I lost probably half the pepperoni to the floor. Definitely all media hype and another transplant that has no clue, I give them a year and half. Emmys in the Gables all day over Prince..
