  Aspen was so nice to me and my son. She was patient and helped him make his order. It is a nice change from the normal service that most South Beach restaurants offer. I want more people like Aspen everywhere I go. McDonald's would be best to acknowledge the good people that work hard to make the experience better. - - side note I dislike the touchscreen, it makes the restaurant experience feel like a trip to the DMV. Humans buy your food, not clicks and touchscreens.

  Not such a good experience.. I went through the drive-thru.. ordered paid. Got a Coke. Then just sat there for 5 minutes. Someone came by and said why are you still waiting? I'm like yep. Another 5 minutes goes by someone else says. Are you still here? I said yep. And 2 minutes later I just left. I mean they just never brought me my food. I'm out the money and out the food but whatever dudes. And I never really go to fast food so now I guess I remember why.

  Iba de paso por Alton Road y decidí hacer una parada rápida en este McDonald’s para tomarme un refresco. Al final, no pude resistirme y pedí también unos nuggets, que estaban realmente deliciosos. La verdad es que, de las veces que he comido en este establecimiento, siempre me he llevado una muy buena impresión. Los nuggets aquí tienen ese sabor clásico de McDonald’s, bien crujientes por fuera y tiernos por dentro, justo en su punto. Además, me sorprendió lo rápido que me atendieron; no tuve que esperar casi nada y el servicio fue muy amable, lo que siempre se agradece cuando vas con prisa o simplemente quieres hacer una parada breve. El local está limpio y bien organizado, con suficiente espacio para sentarte cómodamente. Eso sí, si decides quedarte un rato a comer dentro, ten en cuenta que el aire acondicionado está bastante fuerte, así que hace un poco de fresco, especialmente si vienes del calor típico de Miami. Aun así, el ambiente es tranquilo y agradable, ideal para descansar unos minutos antes de seguir tu camino. En general, una experiencia muy positiva: buena comida, atención rápida y un sitio perfecto para una pausa breve pero satisfactoria.

  Im only putting 1* because i cant put 0*. I ordered 2 burgers and 1 large fries, my order is ready I picked up and once i got home (5 blocks away) i noticed the fries are not in the bag, came back to the restaurant (5 minutes later) tell the lady that they made a mistake, no big problem i just need the fries that they forgot to put, she says she is calling the manager. The manager arrived and says: I cant do anything once you cross the door, so I reply: do i have to open my burger here to check if all the ingredients are here at the counter? He said yes! So you know guys, check your order at the counter, cause once you’re out of the restaurant they dont care about you anymore!
