I rarely give out 5 stars simply because there is not many places to eat in this region that merits it but for me to give a McDonald a 5 star...and I do that because they simply have not disappointed me in the random times I come here to eat in the past 10 years! That's exceptional. It is the only McDonalds I will eat at in 100 mile radius. District and regional managers need to find out why and how they are able to do this when most other McDonalds around here in this area cannot come close.

Almost every time I've visited this location, the workers mumble to the point I can barely understand/hear them over the speaker. On top of that, they have next to no customer service skills. I wanted a couple items from their Golden Sauce menu but they asked ME what it was and said they didn't have that. I also wanted a pumpkin spice latte and said they didn't have that either. Both items were clearly advertised on their signs in front, in the windows and on the menu itself. They also take forever to get the lines moving at any time of the day, regardless of peak hours. I'll be avoiding this location in the future and going to the one 10 minutes down the road because it'll probably take me less time to get there and back than it would to wait in line at this location. And I'll ACTUALLY get the food that I want!

Won't ever eat there again. It was raw burgers grease dripping fries that tasted like they cooked them hours prior to our order wrong dri.ks and all.
