During lunch seems to be a couple of Managers on duty and both are rude. Never took my money or acknowledged they had 10 or more people in line. The past 3 times the same managers are there. I keep going thinking they might be having a bad day, now that I work in Macclenny but nope NASTY attitude everytime. Last time they never took some of our money due to the key pad not working on the kiosk. After standing there and not.be acknowledged 3 or 4 of us walked out.

Waited 10 minutes for some coffee. They gave us the wrong order, they were out of some of the flavors for our coffee, and the spilled hot coffee on us. Drinks were good though

This place has no Decency when they’re closed instead of turning off the inside lights they leave the inside dining room lights on so you think it’s open which is just stupid and then they leave their sign on and everything they need to turn off all their lights

It would all be zero had there not been an Antoine and the older lady with the braids. They know customer service, work ethic, team work, and family feel. If everyone at this location would just do what these 2 do it would be amazing. I had a horrible experience last night that also included a manager getting rude with my 5 year old grandson. I held my tongue took my nasty food, and tried calling later with no answer. So I went up there today and an angel named Antoine (sp?) was there to help. But also the aura of the restaurant was changed. The lazy, rude feel was gone. IDK THAT BLACK LADY WITH THE BRAIDS, I WANT TO SAY GWEN, BUT SHE IS AN ANGEL WHO DESERVES A RAISE. SO DOES THE STORE MANAGER. THANK YOU FOR RESTORING MY FAITH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HUMAN NATURE. LOVE YOUR BOTH.
