  Should have read the reviews before I decided to eat here. No employees present, constant beeping from something being done, and you wait a long time for the food and the drinks since you can’t get your own drink. The person that did come out with my food was very pleasant, and the person cooking brought me ketchup was also very nice. But both seem spread too thin. Restaurant didn’t look like any of the tables have been wiped. I’m thinking they need some more help.

  This is the worst McDonald's. Left out my fries and sauce... no fountain to get your refills on your sodas..

  Can't tell if this or the McDonald's on 54 is worse. Just got back from the drive-thru and I mistakenly forgot to completely check the bag and they gave me a 10 piece chicken mcnugget meal without it being the double quarter-pounder meal that I ordered. That other McDonald's on 54 makes you wait forever and then they tell you to pull up to the drive thru spot or the window in front of the 2nd one. Should get some kind of refund considering that meal was more expensive than the nuggets. Then the other night at this specific location I had to do the whole wait at the drive thru parking space BS. 🤷‍♂️ On top of that they didn't have the pumpkin spiced latte in stock. It's that time of year so how do you not have one of the brand new food items available to order? That is unless you just didn't wanna make it. 🤷‍♂️

  This location consistently pretends they’re closed while employees talk inside not working during breakfast between 5am-6am. Literally will pretend you do not exist. What a joke. Do your job

  Doesn’t seem to have it together, maybe no management inside the building. Parked for 5 mins for 2 hash browns last week. Then parked for a 1/4 lb Combo this week (at noon no less). Not sure what can be ordered without being parked.
