  I'm sick of spending money at McDonald's in Lehigh the food is straight garbage...I order a fish sandwich the bread was so tuffI mean really...manger gave me another sandwich wasn't better at all...fries wasn't fresh at all..tasted like it was fried in old grease and my drink was so flat..McDonald's y'all need do better!!!!!!

  Terrible place, the service is awful. The girl who was delivering the orders was incredibly disrespectful. My husband asked for some mayonnaise and she said she could only give him one because he had to pay for it, that it was $0.10 each, and that in this life you have to pay for everything. My husband told her to give them to him anyway, that he would pay for them, but that they hadn't told him when he placed the order that the mayonnaise cost extra, and that he wasn't a mind reader because it used to be free. All of this was said in a very disproportionate tone, and all the customers sitting at the tables turned to look at us because of the scene she was making while talking to us. But when we sat down at the table and looked at the order, everything was wrong. My husband went to complain, and that was another huge scene, and the Coca-Cola we ordered tasted like anything but cola. A terrible experience; we felt awful about everything that happened, simply for ordering fast food. They should change the staff who deal with the public; they lack manners and empathy towards the customers.

  I want to take a moment to recognize an amazing McDonald’s associate Tiffany who truly went above and beyond. Their kindness, patience, and positive attitude made my entire visit so much better. They took the time to make sure everything was correct and did it all with a genuine smile. Customer service like this is rare and deserves to be celebrated. Thank you for making my day—you’re doing an incredible job! I am a GM at a fine jewelry store and would be thrilled to have someone like her working for me.

  First of all the amount of time it takes them to prepare my order is insane. Most of the times my food isn’t cooked properly. My chicken nuggets will be so raw and my fries are just like not how they used to be. I used to go to any McDonald’s and they would treat me better but since I’ve been going to this McDonald’s I feel like I’m been going to a dumpster. 1 hour and a half to pick up my order! What nonsense is this.

  Cost 5.10... clerk says government stopped making pennies. Well you need to give me my pennie. Oh, and by the way you should not talk to me in Spanish. I dont speak Spanish and its an insult to make initial communication to me in Spanish. Never again will i waste my money going to that Mcdonalds. Employees were laughing at me and it was a terrible breakfast experience. I have 8 people with me and i chose to leave and spend our money at a place when we are greeted, we are greeted in the English language
