- DDDejaOct 1, 20251.0Well, not only did they put cheese on my two HAMBURGERS, when I called to ask if cheese came on HAMBURGERS normally, I was told no. Then when I tried to explain how this happens all the time, the “lady” who answered the phone decided to talk over me, say that there were two of the exact order at the same time, just one had cheese and one didn’t. Then I TRIED to ask if they were both from the same name. Which, once I used logic, she became even more rude than previously, and wouldn’t answer the question. All I wanted was for them to just be told to be more aware of what they’re doing. Because now my lunch is ruined (can’t really remove melted “cheese” and that plastic stuff they call cheese makes me sick), but I’m now also in a bad mood and hangry. If this had been the first time that I had cheese added to my HAMBURGER, I probably wouldn’t have been so upset. But this is almost every time I eat at a Wendy’s. Can yall do something about the training in that (ALL WENDYS). Also, absolutely don’t recommend.
