Last three times I've been through the drive-thru my order has been incorrect. Just left there and ordered a hotcakes big breakfast and they forgot to give me the hotcakes. Order is always messed up. I should have checked before I left but they bag things up in such a way it's almost impossible to do that. Thank God there are other McDonald's in the area I can go to. Don't go to this one

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store and both times my food has been made by a fifth grader and thrown in the bag with nothing that resembles care. The fact that this industry is the one screaming the loudest for hire pay and they constantly drop the ball. I mean can I get a straw occasionally or some napkins. Do better McDonalds

Food is always cold, staff is extremely rude and they laugh about it. Management seems to instigate it laughing along and saying they don’t care. Sad to see how nasty and rude customer service workers are especially at this location. Store manager has been notified numerous times and she herself said she doesn’t care, if we don’t like it then go elsewhere.

Last night I ordered a 4pc happy meal, a 6pc happy meal, a large sweet tea, and a 5 dollar McDouble deal and it took over and hour to even receive my food. The atmosphere here at night feels like a free for all and it was honestly very frustrating to go to a fast food place and not get good service. Management really needs to get a hold of better staff for the night.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Seems to be management issues. 3rd time having troubles with this location recently. Issues seem to be late night shift. Ordered online and nobody to take the order through drive through. Saw several other cars leave also. After circling building and attempting drive thru a second time gave up and canceled order. Another time, went into the dining room to order qtr pounder. Took 22 minutes before order was complete. I dont seem to have trouble at other locations. When I do it seems to be a one off.
Hey McDonald's BTW: I dont want a link so you can look into this further etc. You have all the information you need. Im not here to help your struggling franchise. If you need to look into this further, why dont you copy/paste this review and send it to corporate so they can send people down to straighten things out.
