They proceeded to miss half the order, which includes the deal I wanted so the register applied the discount incorrectly. When I explained the situation the person told me they couldn't tell the system how to apply the discount. Yes, you can lady. You remove the item that I don't want and put the correct one on. OR, better yet, listen to the order being placed instead of not paying attention.......I went to the McDonald's on 27 and guess what, they were able to tell the system how to do the order correctly. Imagine that?! All the McDonald's in Lake Wales is a hot mess......

Only a few times has one specific employee been less than favorable towards me but other than that, I dont have bad experiences. My son and I love coming here to celebrate his progress reports.

When we got our food, it didn't have the monopoly tickets. So I asked and I was told they aren't useing the monopoly boxes for anything but the Big Mac. Why have a monopoly menu if you won't honor it. On top of that our food was cold and the buns where stale.
