    Several visits in at this location on Highway 60 and I have had to be parked EVERY TIME. The slowest McDonalds in Lake Wales. In fact, maybe the slowest I have ever ver been to in 40+ years.

    We are both on Social Security so we don’t get to eat out much so this eating out at McDonald’s was a treat for us, but we both ordered steak, egg cheese, bagel, and both of the sandwiches. The bread was old crumbly and fall apart when you tried to eat the sandwich And tasted very dry. We are so disappointed what was supposed to be a treat turned out to be a disaster.

    Went in for the breakfast special, buy one get one free.They totally charged for both.Try to get them to fix it.And then they charged for some other thing that we didn't get, then they had the manager come over.And they went back to fix it, but they all had an attitude because they had to refix in their mistakes.Definitely would not go back there!!

    The staff was exceptionally friendly, patient, thoughtful, thorough. Traveling through an unknown town can be scary due to unknown human reaction. Last Sunday morning around 8:30 October 26, 2025 made my fear in a wonderful experience. Thanks to the cashier and other staff, my unusual request along with a large order was met with patience and care. His country accent was also awesome. It was such a pleasure to enjoy the food with my family as we continue our journey. Thanks ya’ll for going Above And Beyond with ease.

    Ridiculous to continue making everyone park in different places to wait on their food just so you can keep times down and make it look like the store is doing a better job than it is. So many people were parked to get food, the worker didn’t even know what food went where. If you can’t keep up with the orders, why keep taking more orders by moving people through the line before their food is ready?
