I placed an order while standing directly in front of the mobile pickup window, yet I watched person after person get their food while I was left waiting. When the place finally cleared out, I asked about my order. The staff member simply reacted with, "Oh, a mobile order," and only then began touching the terminal. It appears the kitchen doesn't even receive the order until the counter staff manually pushes it through. This means if the staff is incompetent, you'll be waiting forever. She saw me standing there with my smartphone the entire time and never once thought to check. On top of that, she didn't bag the items, and I had to remind her to give me the free chips that come with every meal. Absolutely useless service.

The hot dogs took no longer than 10 minutes to make and beer was included as a drink with the dining pass! There is not much seating. There are 4 covered tables just right in front of the shop and a couple benches down by the bridge towards Rainforest Cafe. The guy who served my meals was super friendly and fun! They were nice overall and the food was just yummy. If I would have spent the money outright then I still think it would be worth it!

Simple way to get a quick bite without waiting for extremely long periods of time at Disney Springs. Love treating myself to this from time to time. :)
