I just went to the Auburndale location, and the difference was night and day — they were friendly, helpful, and made my iced coffee just how I wanted it. Here in Lake Alfred, especially with the same employee Ashley these last two visits, it’s always bad service. She’s rude, sarcastic, doesn’t greet you or say thank you, and acts like she’s giving you food for free. When I asked about the vanilla iced coffee, she said it “doesn’t exist,” and refused to make the Cinnabon one sweeter. She looked miserable, half asleep, and her uniform was dirty. If she doesn’t like her job, maybe it’s time to find something else because her attitude ruins everything.

I planned on dinning in today but there were no handicap spots available. I am paraplegic and use a wheelchair and have a lift to get my chair in and out of my vehicle so I used the drive through and parked in the parking lot to eat. While sitting there eating I was disturbed to find out and employee was utilizing the handicap parking. This infuriates me beyond belief. This is unacceptable.
