  All good except some employees are not paying attention to their job or customers. Drive thru person pretty much threw my change out the window and I had to get out of my vehicle to chase it down .

  Everytime I order from here they mess up the order badly. It makes the food inedible because they don’t make food correctly. My son is lactose intolerant and everytime time I order no cheese it comes with cheese. That is one example of the mistakes they made today.

  I accidentally placed the a order at another location. When I got to the window I was told to cancel that order and reorder it for this location to be picked up through the drive-thru which I did but when the reorder went through it ordered a couple of items twice. I explained that to the people at the window, as well as the manager and showed them the other order, and told them that there was 20 extra dollars worth the food on my order that I did not want. I initially asked to be refunded and only receive the $27 worth the food. Thadius told me they could not help me with that I would have to cancel it on my order through the app but yet they proceeded to check my order out so that I could not cancel it. Then I asked if I could get the extra $20 in a gift card and they told me they couldn't help me with that either. They proceeded to give me only the food that was in the FIRST order minus the drinks and asked me to pull out of the driveway because they didn't like the way i was speaking as I was upset about my money. Then he proceeded to tell me to leave in a tone as if there would be consequences if i didn't. I explained to them that I was not going to leave and give them 20 extra dollars and not get the food and that either I get my refund back or I wanted all the food. Now I'm out of almost $50 & stuck with extra food i didn't order plus i had to go back a 3rd time because they were so in a hurry that they didn't give me my drinks. There's no number to contact anyone in charge of this location and the app only lets me put in complaints for no one to call me back and resolve them. Very disappointed! I would give this location 0 stars if possible. Save your money and spend the 5 extra minutes to go down the rd to Auburndale location if you want good customer service.
