    The service is terrible. It took them about 15 minutes to attend to me, and then the employee came out with an attitude and blamed us, saying he was very busy. So, to provide good service, don't exploit your employees.

    One of the awful pizzerias that I’ve ever seen. The service time is as bad as food quality, like 20 minutes wait to bake a pizza while doughs at pizzahut already spread and shipped frozen to stores, only need to thaw a day earlier and keep them in fridge. So much easier process compared to other pizzerias that spread doughs at the time and bake fresh doughs. The manager was horrible acting like he is a surgeon that is handling a very heavy duty task ; came out the back room every few minutes and looked around did not care about the customer wait time. If you ask them when the food is ready, they say with a harsh tone that “need to be patient” not recommend to get your food from these lazy narcissists.

    I'm not sure if it's just a problem with this location as I haven't had pizzahut in over two years, but I can say for sure I won't be having it again. If I order a pizza, the pizza needs to have enough cheese to cover it. There shouldn't be a bunch of areas on it where you see only sauce. The only reason this is getting two stars is because my interaction with the cashier was pleasant.

    Kent, the assistant manager at this location lacks the basic skills to be a leader. The interaction I had with him today was an embarrassment to this company and I hope, not a reflection of what Pizza Hut stands for. Please contact me.
