Jesse is an exemplary team member and shift manager who was working the store solo. My negative experience was through a DoorDash driver, Kelon, for a +30 min. late/no reponse delivery. Upon arrival, he listened to my concerns, was friendly, courteous, and professional. He quickly rectified my problem, and was even willing to take accountability for the 3rd party driver for whom he should not be liable. Hats off to you, Jesse, I will continue returning to this location so as long as you’re here.
