  BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! THEY CHARGE A SERVICE FEE IF YOU EAT PAST 6PM. I was charged $20 on a $100 check! I sat down at about 5:15 pm and by the time the food came out and we ate it was 6:30 pm I called and they said every Sat. & Sun after 6pm they charge a service fee of 20%. So if you go with a group and the check is $200 you must pay an extra $40 and then the tip. The food was good and the waitress was great but a service charge is ridiculous it was just two of us, no music or anything to reflect that service charge of 20%. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU CAN THERE ARE PLENTY OF LATIN RESTAURANTS IN ORLANDO & KISSIMMEE THAT DON'T CHARGE THIS! En Español: ¡CUIDADO! ¡CUIDADO! ¡CUIDADO! COBRAN UN CARGO POR SERVICIO SI COMES DESPUÉS DE LAS 6 PM. ¡Me cobraron $20 por una cuenta de $100! Me senté alrededor de las 5:15 pm y para cuando salió la comida y terminamos a comer, eran las 6:30 pm. Llamé y me dijeron que todos los sábados y domingos después de las 6 pm cobran un cargo por servicio del 20%. Entonces, si vas con un grupo y la cuenta es de $200, debes pagar $40 adicionales y luego la propina. La comida estaba buena y la camarera era genial, pero un cargo por servicio es ridículo, éramos solo dos, sin música ni nada que reflejara ese cargo por servicio del 20%. ¡EVITA ESTE RESTAURANTE SI PUEDES! ¡HAY MUCHOS RESTAURANTES LATINOS EN ORLANDO Y KISSIMMEE QUE NO COBRAN ESTO!

  El ambiente es muy bueno y la música perfecta, pero la comida no es buena en lo absoluto. Pedí un mofongo de yuca y llegó seco; no fue majado en un pilón. La yuca estaba en pedazos grandes y algunas partes ni siquiera estaban bien cocinadas; estaban crudas. Básicamente, solo le dieron forma de mofongo a la yuca y la colocaron en el plato. Se nota una clara falta de cuidado en la cocina. Como manager de restaurante, puedo dar fe de que la calidad del plato no cumple con los estándares básicos. Al parecer, el volumen de órdenes es demasiado alto para la capacidad del restaurante y la comida se prepara de manera apresurada, lo que afecta directamente la calidad. No hay amor en la preparación.

  Love the Atmosphere, decorations, service, food is Good but it was better last year, I take my wife there often to eat Mofongo however with the current prices that is going to change. Paid over 150 dollars for just 2 people, my wife and I for 2 orders of Mofongos. Way too expensive. Not budget friendly. Get ready for a surprise if you take a family os 5 or more you may end up washing dishes to pay the bill. Lol. Other than that we love the place good music on the weekends and very cold beers. Grat Service

  Loud music; we couldn't communicate our order to the waiter without yelling in her ear. Slow service; we waited three hours for our food. I ordered Chicharrones De Cerdo & I recieved pork skin and fat. The rice was hard and cold. They tried to overcharge us and when we advocated for ourselves and went through the calculations they told us "you're fighting over nothing." Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. Our waitress was dancing all throughout the night while we were having to remind her about our food. The restaurant manager / owner came out towards the end of the night to record videos of the customers dancing and having a good time to promote the restaurant while he ignored the tables who were unhappy and waiting to be serviced.

  If I can give less than 1 star I would. The only positive was checking in and wait time to get sitted, we waited 20 mnts for a party of 7. However, once sitting it took 10 minutes for the waitress(Elba) to come over just to take drinks order. Once the drinks came 1 did not come and 1 was the wrong drink..A mojito was ordered and a margarita came. Then we waited another 15 mnts for the lady to come back to take orders, 1 was a take out. After 30 mnts of waiting the take-out came before out food and the guy told us what was in it and I had to say it was not ours because it was the wrong things..our food never came, another 10 mnts went by, still no food and she came to tell me that my take out order was ready but I would have to wait 20 mnts for the white rice. What about our food? not a word. We canceled the orders and asked for our checks. The checks when they finally came, were wrong. She took them to fix.. never apologized, never offered alternatives. BUT 20% was added as tip to each of the 3 checks. The odacity. Horrible service, we took a bite of the appetizers which one was even wrong tasted horrible. I'm not sure where the 4.8 stars came from but they are inflated. Maybe the workers were told to do these positive reviews. It was embarrassing also. Because of these reviews I invited my family, they traveled 1 hour to meet us there thinking we're going to enjoy the company and dinner and it was an utterly disappointment.
