Our server was Manny and he was wonderful; very warm, friendly, attentive, and caring. I had the Aussie steak sammie and Blueberry refresher, which was delicious. I enjoyed the great service and food.

For the last several years this has been my go to place for a lunch specials on my day off. I have had the pleasure of having the server Stephen a few times and he is always really friendly and seem to cover a lot by himself. This visit I had the Aussie 3 course meal which was a great amount of food for after a hard work at the gym. My ribs were falling off the bone and the sweet potato was absolutely delicious with the honey butter on top. However, what made the meal perfect was the Cookie in a skillet. Damn good!!!!

Stay away stay far away they can't even take an order over the phone and get it right then when you contact the manager to somewhat talk about a complaint you'd like to file about the person who's totally unqualified to answer their telephone the manager sits there and she basically comes across like she has no pulse she couldn't care less she's just going through the motions not a manager at all not qualified to be a manager there's a culture here and it's not good did you hear me corporate it's not good or do you have AI answering your reviews like everybody else and they're just programmed to respond to the review in no human ever reads them this is the problem this is why you have a problem horrible horrible horrible horrible is what your customer service is I even said to her should I call the general manager and you know what she said corporate oh yes absolutely if you want to call the general manager can you imagine a manager inviting a customer to call their general manager because they don't know how to handle a situation that is actually management 101 pathetic

On a Sunday 3/01/26 at 11am my girlfriend and I decided to grab some lunch and we haven’t to Outback for a while. We were obviously sat quickly with Hailey as our server. Right from the start she was no less than amazing. Very personable and we never got overlooked even as her section started to fill up. We both started with the French onion soup, and what a perfectly delicious dish. My girl got the ribeye and coconut shrimp, and I got the twin lobster tails and again everything was so delicious. I truly can’t tell you what the best part was because everything was just amazing. Thank you Hailey and the cook staff

I typically love eating at this restaurant. Thanks to Outback Kissimmee on Osceola Parkway, Outback went from one of the best to one of the worst restaurant experiences of my 68yr life. Since we frequent this restaurant as one of our favorites, we decided to take our grandkids there for a Valentine's Day dinner. What a mistake. There was a 45 minute wait to be seated which was understandable considering it was Valentine's Day. The initial wait wasn't the problem. They brought their normally hot and delicious brown bread. The bread was cold and tough. We decided to let in go, after all I know food quality often slips when a restaurant is so busy. I signed in and expected bottomless chips and salsa, but none ever hit our table. My wife asked for a blooming onion. When the onion arrived, it was much flatter than normal, cold and full of grease. So greasy my mouth was coated after the first bite. YUK! We got our drinks and still tried to make the best of it. Forty five minutes later, the waiter stopped to let us know our food would be out shortly. After yet another twenty minutes, the waiter stopped again to let us know our food would be out in five minutes. Fifteen minutes later, we stood up and left the restaurant. There is nothing that could be said or done to undo or make up for this disaster of an experience. We them drove to Culver's at the opposite end of the strip mall, ordered, ate and went home agreeing to never go to that Outback ever again.
