  I ordered two steaks mine with brocoli and Mac and cheese my husbands with Mac and cheese and fries. Service was amazing ! Our waiter was phenomenal. But the food was sad. Our steaks were undercooked and after eating half of our plates we went home and god very ill. I paid 72 dollars for food poisoning . Update !!!! I spoke to Michell and Sara (fantastic managers) who were able to reassure me of the food quality and procedures and also made me feel confident in future visits and were so understanding. The staff is friendly and I will say… having this interaction made me feel like I could comeback in the future. Thank you

  Great service ,this place is dear to me only because during 9-11 ,when I was in NYC they took time to feed all of us who was working during that difficult time,and I'm always grateful for their gesture that day ,when we had lost some hope and at times small gesture mean everything,I would recommend this restaurant for a quick bite.

  We dined there on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2025 in the late afternoon. I have food allergies & requested a special menu & immediately let our AMAZING server know. However, my entree came out completely wrong. Server was great. Knew it was wrong as she approached the table. Took the plate away & said it would be immediately corrected. Things like this happen with my food allergies but as long as it is corrected I am good. The “Proprietor” brought out the replacement for my dinner entree - a plate of grilled shrimp, nothing else just a plate of grilled shrimp. When I questioned her, her response was “well, what else did you want?” I explained it was supposed to be an entree with a baked sweet potato. She took the plate of shrimp away & promptly returned with the same plate of shrimp and a separate plate with a baked sweet potato. At this point, I was insulted by the presentation and told her so. She made her annoyance with me VERY obvious. Again, our server was amazing, apologizing for her boss’ attitude (which she should not have to do) and bending over backwards to make the rest of our experience better. The Proprietor never came back to our table. The entree was removed from our check. I will definitely think long and hard about returning to this particular location again even though it is the most convenient one to our home. The 2 stars are only because of our amazing server. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.

  Never brought the baked potato back since we returned it because it came loaded vs just butter. No apology whatsoever when we mentioned it. They just asked if we still wanted it. Outback is just not how it used to be.

  They undercooked my husbands bone in ribeye steak and brought it back reheated it and served it back to him overcooked. My sirloin I ordered was supposed to be medium and it was closer to well. Cold and honestly really unimpressed with the service. They brought my salad out before I was even done ordering my food… tell me how that’s possible. The server was approached by multiple servers/people while we were ordering and was very rude to one of the other employees and tried to play it off by saying oh I love him…. They charged me an extra $4 to add broccoli to the kids meal and it was rotten.
