It was definitely sitting on the shelf for a while. Fries and burger were cold. Ice was melted. Received wrong type of soda. I ordered no pickles for the burger. It had pickles but was missing onions.

Algo que no está bien !!!! Le dije bótalo tú ese es tu trabajo y me dijo que yo me estaba llevando el refresco gratis ( QUE CLASE DE LOCURA ) y que falta de espetó la verdad esto debería leerlo el consultor de operaciones !!!! Tú debes como mánager de piso saber resolver las quejas de los clientes no refutar sin saber porque yo fui a pedir mi refresco que lo bote por estar sin gas ( incompetente el manager de este turno hoy es 2/11/2025

And i have never seen a store leave ice cream to melt on the counter before. Enjoy the attached pic. Place was clean though. Kiosks that accept cash were further into the store and easy to miss.
- NSNoah SowersOct 29, 20251.0Worst mcdonalds in all of florida just so happens to be this close to disney property had to wait for quite a bit while others coming in 10 minutes after me were helped almost immediatly i ordered a single meal and some sauces. I did not recieve the sauce, the burger was burnt and the fries were under cooked amd had no salt. Leaves me here with the question how does a place charge money for condiments then consistently forget to give them.
