- CGChristian Garcia1 day ago1.0Yoah need to stop blsming dd for mistake that youre employee did , if the order still show in my app is because nobody else got it or took it since yoah want to use dd you should train your employes and show them how the app work , if i get the ordee nobody else is gona get it at least i cancelled from what i see they make s lot of mistakes , the manager try to said the sometimes two people get the same order , what that tells me id that your employes either take to long or they make a mostake , is no way that dd is giving the same order to more than one person , then she got the nerves to mention the cops when they the one that mess up the order

The ice tea was horrible, old, sour and very cloudy. The crew member that brought my fries, went to get me a fresh tea, but brought sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. I had to go back into the location and was informed it would be at least seven minutes before fresh was ready. I ended up making my own with hot water and a tea bag. Not happy.

There was no apology offered, and instead I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It is truly disheartening to see how far customer service standards have declined. On top of that, they forgot my shake. How do you mess up something this basic? This isn’t a small mistake — it shows the workers aren’t paying attention at all. I’m paying full price and getting half the food. Completely unacceptable, careless, and honestly ridiculous. Until this place gets new management or staff who actually care, I’m not coming back.
