    The slowest fast food on pleasant hill. They try to manipulate the drive thru timer but forcing customers to sit for 30 minutes before placing orders while they clear out those who have already ordered.

    Absolutely the worst of any McDonalds within 1200 miles!!! If you go through the drive I , prepare to spend 45 minutes! You never know when a spontaneous break will occur! I have never seen such incompetent then they double down and are nasty as well! I will be calling corporate in the am. Whoever owns this place, should know how bad their staff is and how they are ruing their business and the McDonalds name. Ronald would be mortified!!

    Today again, I had a bad experience at this McDonalds, especially with a female staff named maria, she was especially rude today, she threw my food and when I tried to talk with the manager Jaden, he didn't even seem to care, this isn't her first time disrespecting costumers, I hope in the future their more considerate on who they hire.

    The guy they have working the drive-thru is a mumbling low talker. I thought he was talking to the car next to me when he was talking to me. They need to get someone manning the drive-thru who actually speaks up.
