  Absolutely worst experience at the McDonalds just now. This restaurant always seems a bit slow. Place your order, get to the window, asked to move to a space, wait for 10-15 minutes. Today I opted for curbside since last time curbside seemed faster. 35 minutes later I go in to ask where my food is. Not a single person in the back was moving with purpose. All shuffling along like they had nothing to do. I see my order sitting there. The manager seemed very aggravated, possibly at the situation but definitely noticeable. From now on, I may drive to the other side of BVL for that McDonalds.

  Customer Service in this McDonalds is fatal. Manager here looks like he hates his job. Very arrogant and not customer service friendly. Garbage is full without being changed so nowhere to throw the garbage away once your done years back the McDonald here was okay but they need new management here cause the one here sucks. Tall guy with glasses Spanish very arrogant.

  never have mobile orders right and ready to bring out to curbside. made a big deal about going through the drive through even though i picked curbside since they were taking over 15 mins to bring it out and no one in drive through or inside was being attentive. said they wouldn’t receive my payment going through drive because i chose initially curbside..manager ended up giving me the order and it was still incorrect and missing items.

  Arrived at this McDonald’s 12/22 around 4:30 AM to pick up my mobile order, only to be told their system was down (I don’t believe it) and they couldn’t give me my food. No solution, no attempt to help, not even a suggestion to cancel or reorder — just “we can’t do anything.” What’s the point of mobile ordering if the store can’t honor it? Extremely frustrating experience, especially late at night. Poor communication and zero customer service. Won’t be coming back.

  I ordered a two cheese burger meal: one burger plain and the other with no pickles (with a fresh fry). I also ordered a 4pc with bbq sauce. I requested a milkshake but was told “I don’t have any shakes at the moment”….ok the usual I was expecting it. I got cold food. Cold fries included. No bbq sauce One of the burgers also only had ketchup?….no onions, no mustard. We sat at an open window as two individuals passed for 2 minutes before being noticed. I asked for the fries remade because they weren’t fresh. The woman apologized but then the fries had no salt. I assume they were refried and not resalted. I went back through the drive thru and explained they didn’t taste fresh and had no salt at the speaker. I got to the second window and the woman asked “how can I help you”. I explained the situation again and she offered me salt. Why would I want salt packets for fries I asked for fresh…that didn’t taste fresh….. she remade the fries for me (still not tasting fresh). There were just too many issues with my order. Won’t be back.
