  We go here often after visiting Disney for a late snack. Lines aren’t that bad with a lot of families heading here after one of the Disney parks closes. Inside, there’s kiosks for kids to play while they wait for their food. Staff usually gets the orders right, maybe 1 out of 10 orders there’s a small miss but like all places, always check your order. Food is typical McDonald’s so if you’re looking for something better, you’d have to drive another 15 minutes out to Irlo Highway to reach the other food chains.

  It’s regular McDonald’s food it’s everywhere. It’s gonna taste the same, but these employees were fairly ignorant. So I’m coming in there as both a delivery driver, and I also go in there as a customer and each time with every encounter, I experience a disgruntled mean faced, arrogant, or just plain ignorant employee there are a few younger kids, and do put smiles on, but honestly, they just stand there and stare at me like I have six heads and I’ve only experienced one of them be actually being kind helping me out and opening the door for me. But that’s about it. nothing special special I think that I would probably drive another five minutes to go to another one honestly. But some seemed nice from afar as I did not get to interact with every single one of them yet. So there might be hope still. Just don’t go in there asking questions because they’ll either give you a dirty look or they don’t know. 🤷‍♀️

  Tonight as we were walking in to get dinner my son bonked his head on the door. The manager was outside sweeping and saw it happen and came over to check on us. After he determined that my son was largely ok, he said that he would get him an ice cream cone to make it better. I was so touched by his kindness because he also came over and checked on my son while we were eating. The place was super busy and everyone’s food came out really fast. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that was that clean and had quick service. Take whatever they’re doing and duplicate it everywhere else!

  This was honestly one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in a long, long time. The location is huge, incredibly clean, modern, and very well maintained. There was no rush at all, which made the experience even more pleasant. We ordered breakfast and had a few special requests. Due to our own mistake, the order was initially prepared incorrectly, but the staff changed it immediately at no charge—even though the food was already ready. That level of customer service really stood out. The manager (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) was absolutely amazing along with the the guy who took our order. She was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, and you could tell she cared about customer satisfaction. Amazing customer service all around. Easily one of the best McDonald’s locations I’ve visited in a very long time. Highly recommend this location.

  This is a very modern, large and clean McDonald's, it also happens to be Solar Powered with plenty of inside and outside seating available. You can order from your seat, a kiosk or mobile order. My wife and I had been wanting to check it out for quite some time so we finally were able to do so. We ordered from the kiosk and picked a table. Our food was prepared very quickly so it was hot and fresh. There was a server going around the tables asking if we needed anything and even brought us some ketchup packets after asking if we needed some, which we did. We enjoyed our meals and like this location for it's proximity to the parks.
