  Horrible customer service. Especially in the drive-thru. The will tell you to pull in a parking space occupied by another vehicle. Then bring food that isn't yours. Lack of communication with the staff. Ibside isn't much better. You order at kiosks but if you actually need somwthing good luck getting someone to come out of the back. They don't have an actual open register - you have to order at the kiosk or go thru drive-thru.

  Miss. Dona welcomes senior groups like ours and keep s us laughing every Sunday for lunch. The service is all Disney because our food comes directly to our table with Disney smiles.

  Its McDonald's. Not much to write home about, but having everyone stand around at the counter for food is off to me. I can handle using the automated system, but once thats over they need to figure out how to better address the traffic in their dinning area.

  Shame shame shame! I'm not a fast food person but decided to explore this location just to see what it looked like inside and the place looked nice so I decided to order a smoothie and a chicken wrap (Big mistake!) After placing the order I believe i waited 14mins while a bunch of employees hung out in the back talking. One guy in particular kept scratching the inside of his nose and picking his ear while handling food without gloves! After watching the so called crew just basically doing nothing I decided to leave and forget about the wrap that I order! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to eat at this place even if it was donated, the people they have working there gives McDonald's a disgusting bad name but the ones I really feel bad about is the poor kids and families That go there but no worries McDonald's, I will visit this place again with my smart glasses and post every bit of it on tiktok so the world and disney visitors will know what im talking about.

  Food wise, it's McDonald's, so you know exactly what to expect, as far as the menu goes. The facility however, was an awesome and unique place to visit. It's extremely efficient and utilizes numerous types of green technologies. I was amazed by the ideas they incorporated here. Don't come for the menu, it's honestly not very healthy, but absolutely come to se the tech in action. (An occasional visit here and there won't kill you). The facilities were sparkling clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
