I ordered through the application, they told me they couldnt process the order because "the system is down" and it would take 1 hour and a half and that usually always happens, but I live near the area and I usually order at this time and I never had no problem. I wanted to cancel the order and they told me wasn’t not possible either and now I have to wait 3 to 7 days to get my money back. If its a business that is open 24 hours a day, you shouldnt have this type of problem.

Súper mal servicio siempre son maleducados y dan las órdenes mal en el drive thru de paso que siempre te hacen esperar en el parking , y si pides mayonesa y Ketchup y te dan 2 miserias de salsa

Always end up having to wait 5-10 minutes in a parking spot after ordering in the drive thru. It defeats the purpose of me going through the drive thru trying to get a quick meal if I'm stuck waiting this long anyways

Ayer en la noche fui con mi familia y mi amiga la cual viene de paseo, y pedimos una bebida al momento de llegar la bebida la chica nos ofreció de la misma bebida que había sobrado y era súper grande, decidimos preguntarle que si podíamos cancelar la bebida que pedimos porque era la misma y no tomaríamos 2 ya que teníamos una grande ya, a lo que la mujer nos responde sin ningún problema que si se puede cancelar esa orden y que nos reembolsarían el dinero pero la empleada dijo que eso lo debíamos hacer directamente con la manager. A lo cual me dirijo sin ningún mal trato a la “manager “ la cual no es para nada profesional. Le hago esta pregunta en español porque más cara de hispana no podía tener y me responde en inglés de una muy mala manera, entonces yo le seguía preguntando en español a lo cual me respondía en inglés. Si no sabes español porque responderías lo que te estoy preguntando en otro idioma. Se me hace que fue algo para hacernos sentir mal pero yo le respondí en inglés y muy groseramente me responde que si acaso yo quiero mi dinero devuelta por algo gratis. Y luego me entregó mi recibo devuelta muy mala gana, solo le faltó tirarmelo. Si no eres apta para un cargo de estos no atiendas en atención al público y punto 😡😤

I had to wait over 10 minutes just to get my food. When an employee finally came to the table, I pointed out that the kid's Happy Meal was missing. They said they'd go get it, and I waited again.
A few minutes later, the employee came back, but instead of the 'Boo Bucket' that McDonald's is running right now, it was in a plain, regular box. The guy said they were out of the buckets, but that was clearly false—I'd just seen him with two, and another staff member was carrying one to another customer! It was incredibly frustrating since I was one of the first people to place an order.
When I asked to speak to the manager, he refunded the money, but his final comment was, 'put this on the trash,' which he said right in front of me as he pointed at the food
