Ended up getting stuck in their Drive Thru lane for about 10 minutes for a cup of soda. When I got to the window they did not even apologize for the wait. I asked politely "are you guys OK?" and the guy answered rudely that they were changing shifts. Poor service.

I just went by for a late night snack around midnight and I ordered a double quarter pounder meal but when they first gave it to me, they completely forgot to put any fries in the bag, and when I got home, I realized they also mistakenly made it as a regular quarter pounder and not a double quarter pounder as I ordered. The food is usually halfway decent, but the service can be seriously lacking at times. I would’ve used the survey code on the receipt to review, but they also never give receipts as well. Please do better.

Never have I ever seen someone have as much attitude as her working at a fast food restaurant. She rolls her eyes when I want sauce & says I should have been said it at the window. I will never be back to this location, The unwelcoming energy they have here is awful.
