Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Jeraldine was very attentive and kind to us while we ate inside. She made sure we sat at a clean table and overall the restaurant was well maintained. Pretty fast and good service overall

We stopped here in the late evening after a long travel day en route to our hotel. The gentleman at the register was so helpful and friendly (red haired young man). Admittedly we were all a bit grumpy because of issues with our trip. But he turned everyone's mood around by simply being friendly, helpful, patient with our bleary eyed travel family, and attentive... Qualities that seem so rare today, even the kids recognized it and felt appreciated as customers. Just wanted to recognize him if possible. The food was also fresh, cooked perfectly, and order complete. We are from Texas so we have a lot of Whataburger but this location was extra special.

This is the worst whataburger ive ever been to. I keep trying because its so close to my house and I love the other locations. This location always takes forever even when there's no other cars. IF the food you get is any where near fresh the order is going to be wrong in one way or the other. Gave them the last chance today, forgotten extra cheese i paid for and the chicken tenders are clearly very old and each one of them had at least half of it that was rock solid. I suggest finding a better location.

First off I wanna say Jarvis shouldn't be a operation's manager. I spent my entire lunch in the drivethru (40 minutes) before I drove off to go back to work (meal break is 45m). I hit Help in app and it prompts me to call restaurant, I call to get refund so I can order door dash to my job. Jarvis say he cannot process refunds or cancel orders and I'd have to come by Tommorrow to get the burger (I won't be in the area Tommorrow) Rudest customer service encounter I've had, Jarvis made excuse after excuse blaming short staffing ect. If it's short staffed it's because of the operation manager not doing their job and staffing properly.
