  Gave this place a chance after seeing them every day on Top Good to Go offering a "smoothie bowl & smoothie" surprise bag - NEVER AGAIN. RED FLAG #1 - EVERY SINGLE TABLE was covered in dried smoothie drippings and filth, like they have never been wiped down. The place was completely empty when we arrived to pick up our "bowls". There were two people working. All the downtime they have in a empty restaurant and not one person can take 5-10 minutes to wipe down the tables? Waffle House has higher cleanliness standards than this place. RED FLAG #2 - The profile on Too Good to Go says SMOOTHIE BOWL with surprise SMOOTHIE. What we were given instead was a small Styrofoam to-go box filled with flavorless room temperature oatmeal topped with bananas and berries..."smoothie bowl" = oatmeal? Make it make sense. RED FLAG #3 - The "smoothie" came out....it was a child's size cup of juice. It was tasty - I'll give them that, but again, "smoothie" = juice? Besides the disgusting state of their eating surfaces, the advertising is extremely misleading, and definitely scammy. They're dishonest on the Too Good to Go app about what you're getting just to make a sale and get you into the store. A desperate attempt to make a dollar. I'm not surprised at all this place has so many one-star reviews. They are well deserved, and I will not be returning.

  Picked up 12 dollars worth of too good to go bags titled surprise bowl and smoothie. Got a small container of bland oatmeal with a few pieces of fruit on top and honey. The smoothie was not a smoothie, it was a children's sized sippy cup of juice. Tables and bathroom were dirty. Won't be going back and regret getting this at all.

  Used to come a lot but haven’t been in about a year. Came 2x recently and probably won’t be back. I don’t know what happened to this place but every surface is dirty. Not a little, but a lot dirty. The tables, benches, floors. Food and smoothie juice caked up all on the tables. Food crumbs on everything. It’s 11:30am and they open at 11 so I’m guessing they don’t clean at night or morning? Got two staff here and instead of helping with my order taking forever, or cleaning, dude leaves the store to go to Publix. Staff need training cause you can see them struggling, nothing is stocked, no more juices and stuff in the fridge. Order takes so long to come out. Last time here I had to repeat myself to the cashier like 3x cause he couldn’t hear me over the music. I’m okay with loud music and whatever kind of music but don’t make me yell to talk to you. Bummed cause this spot used to be good.

  I just went into order a classic bowl, and I greeted the young blonde girl behind the counter and asked her how she was doing. She did not speak to me, but she did look at me. She kept fiddling with her receipt paper and then walked away from the counter. I walked out. I do not need to spend my money in a place that does not even acknowledge that I am there. I won’t ever be going back to that location!
