  If I could give it no stars I would! This is my second time trying this Pizza Hut now & and just like the first time my food is sitting behind the counter in the hot box ready but yet no one‘s there at the front counter to give it to me. BOTH TIMES 8 mins later go by & then someone comes up it takes me eight minutes to get to the store. Day shift and night shift are the same. I could’ve been home eating it already. If it’s actually edible this time. Which SURPRISE bread sticks hard as a rock, pizza cold with old pepperoni on it.

  There was plastic baked in my Alfredo pasta. So I called to make a complaint, and the young man told me to come to the location to prove that there was a piece of plastic in my food. Once it was proven, he told me that he was unable to process my refund, which I didn’t understand why would you make me drive all the way back over here just to tell me that you do not have the clearance to provide refunds and that the manager would be in the next morning. I told him that that was unacceptable and that I wanted to speak to whoever can process the refund now so he called her and told her what happened. She was very pleasant and very sweet and stated that she would process my refund the next day the next day came nothing happened and I was at work so I forgot to call and check up by the time I called later that afternoon of the next day the manager had left so I was in the same predicament I was in the first day which is I would not be receiving my refund because I missed the manager so I called two days after to talk to the manager and she did state that there was a different card on file then The card that we paid with which was crazy because that was not possible so because the card on file was different than the card that we actually paid for it with I would have to come back up to get a cash refund or I could just get a store credit. Although the manager was very nice, I believe that there could definitely be some training done on customer service and understanding that I was inconvenience two times due to a mishap on their part. My children was eating the same food I was eating and could have very well choked on the same piece of plastic that I bit down on

  Very disappointing!!!! Food quality was good. Everything came out as ordered. What's the time it took from when I ordered it to when I received it was very disappointing! I was supposed to receive my order by 9:22. The order didn't come until almost 10:00 PM. One hour and 15 minutes later when I first placed the order. And after spending the day moving me and my other three roommates we're waiting on food. So overall the food quality was good and the taste of everything was good. But as for the delivery part. That was very disappointing!!
