  Ate here tonight and honestly my steak was amazing! Lelaini came by to clean tables and made our night. She was SO sweet, said hi to my baby niece. She was amazing and meeting her made our night. Will be back!

  Next time someone orders a prime rib to be delivered maybe secure the au jus in the togo box with the prime rib, not in the bag with the bread so when the container gets turned upside down the au jus doesn't soak the bread leaving your customer with no au jus for the prime rib....

  We had dinner for 6, it was a birthday celebration. I ordered a ribeye steak. By far it was the worst ribeye I have ever had in my life. There were so many big chunks of fat all over, there was really only about 6 oz of meat and I paid for a 12 oz steak. My granddaughter and a friend ordered sirloin steaks, they were both overcooked and just an awful taste like no seasoning. The server was nice but the food sucked bad. My daughter and grandson ordered steak and shrimp on pasta and the steak was very dry and tough with no flavor. Will not be going back

  This is based on a curb side order placed October 29th between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. I have attached a picture of my receipt to show that I ordered a kids meal with mashed potatoes and lo and behold the mashed potatoes were not given. I had to wait 8 minutes for the girl to come out after checking in to a spot which is a ridiculous amount of time given there was no one else parked and I had gotten the text message that it was ready 15 minutes prior. I was calling the restaurant and listening to their menu options when the girl came out to give me the bag. I placed my hand inside to check there were three containers of meals. It was when I got home that I saw they did not include the mashed potatoes with the kids meal. So I paid over $8.00 for a small kids hamburger. It is ridiculous that I now have to take out container by container in the car to make sure that I have all my items. I am not employed by Outback and feel like I shouldn't have go behind and do someone's job for them. Even though this might be a minor issue, it was nothing but a waste of money and a source of aggravation. Please look into who was working that day and retrain them.

  Who knew Outback would be an awesome spot for our family for a random lunch after soccer!? From the laid back atmosphere to the great tasting food this establishment on San Jose hit the spot. Our server Jamie was so patient. We had 3 littles in our party and all the wanted to do is color. Jamie had their menus ready and crayons on deck. She was ready to get there oder placed so Mom and I could take time to review the newer looking menu. Thank you Outback for making it easy to get something tasty out so quickly. We didn't want a heavy meal and if we're being honest were eyeing that desert menu a little too long. Kids had traditional fare cheeseburger (aussie style YuM!), grilled cheese sammie, and Mac N Cheese (broccoli perfectly seasoned for sides and some crispy fries with the sandwich). Mom went for own Aussie Style Cheeseburger with Caesar Salad, while I had the 6 oz Sirloin (med well - I know I know) with Tasmanian Chili (which was actually the right kind of Fuego 🔥). Bravo on the speedy delivery. Beverage refills were prompt... apple juice in a cup not a juice box (gold 🌟)... coke zero refills and even a fancy margarita. Dessert.... which was why we all go out to eat.... wasn't bad it was surprisingly fresh and delicious. New York cheesecake w Raspberry Drizzle! And the upgrade Chocolate Thunder (pecan brownie topped w vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings and whipped cream)! Only thing that was a hiccup was paying with a gift card that was on my phone. Jamie was quick to resolve it when I brought it to her attention. All in all a great visit and great food. The staff was patient with our exuberant party. Overall the setting was calm and easy going. Will have to go back for dinner.
