Unfortunately these bad years are still dragging on. All comes back to Management. Seem to have plenty of employees more often than not. Just not motivated to move with a purpose. Unfortunate because they are the closest and only fast food on the block and they seem to act like they know you won't ever go anywhere else. Also prices here are higher than others not far away. Please get better managers.

- CKCurt KinderOct 29, 20251.0Writing as a delivery driver - the dining room was locked today (29Oct25) at 10:30 PM despite the fact that the operating hours door decal clearly states (see attached picture) that the dining room is open until midnight. The time spent waiting through the drive through line made my order late and customer unhappy...not to mention that the extra time is uncompensated! I asked an employee about it, but she was very rude...kept repeating over and over that the lobby closes at 10 PM...that's just beautiful! I really appreciate the restaurants that do an excellent job with delivery orders, and I've written many good reviews of them...but not this one! It'll be a minute (or year) before I accept another delivery order from this time-consuming and unpleasant location.
