You guys gave my points to the customer in front of me and the also got my order wrong no sauce for 3 4 piece nugget I ordered barbque for each and my burgers was all wrong also ur manager is not doing a great job of managing her crew when ur stag constantly messes up and ur yelling at everyone in the back how can the process orders and ur yelling at them constantly

Months ago someone from here stole my card info and charged my card and nothing was ever done about it even though I called the police and today I got two teas, use applepay because I’m never handing them my card again and the idiot cashier charged me for someone else’s order. When I told the manager she yelled at me that I SHOULD HAVE PAID ATTENTION! Me, the customer! Then initiated a refund that will take over a week to go back then had the audacity to charge me again for the teas. Called corporate and was told I had to wait for the owner to get back to me. They didn’t care last time and won’t now. I need my money, it’s Christmas and I have important medicine to pay for and can’t now and they couldn’t care less!

I was told to wait 10 minutes after they quickly got the person beside me in another lane order who pulled up after me. I didn’t advise I needed a minute or anything they just ask for the mobile app information which I don’t have. I was told to wait for my fish fillet sandwich that had half a cheese and no tartar sauce so I know what I was waiting on. I also ordered a large fry and rib eye with extra pickles and got no extra pickles and cold fries! Thanks I get it … it’s late night but if waiting 10 minutes additional let me get what I ask for.
