Don’t ever dine in here . You will be forgotten, fast food ? 15-20 minutes with average drive thru line . Can hear staff cursing and talking locker room talk with children in the lobby, classy !

Customer Service is terrible, I sat there for 30 mins and watched multiple customers order after and get their food before me, I still left without food, these people act like they are doing you a favor, I’ll never go back, they were pushing out dinner orders while I was still waiting on Breakfast.

I ordered at the kiosk and I paid with my card and said my ticket will be printed at the counter then never happened. I ask to talked with the manager and she was rude and asked me to pay the full amount when I have already paid. So I never got my order. I have to wait 30 minutes for nothing. Customer service was deplorable and unprofessional. Now I have to dispute this transaction on my bank to get my money back.

They were Rude, had to ask at the speaker if they were even open after 5 mins and asked for extra pickles and no onions on my burgers. Got 2 pickles on each burger and I don’t believe that’s EXTRA. 2 burgers had onions on the sides of the bun.
