I am not even exaggerating when I say hands down the NICEST McDonald's I have ever been to... and we all know there are ALOT lol. But the managers here are so friendly, the drive through people always friendly! Which makes the experience better, who wants a grumpy person interaction?...anyways the food is always exactly what I order, and...they are FAST! I very been to a few fast food drive through where I've literally waited 45 mins, I'm a very patient person and so other places I just deal with it.... Not here! In and out, friendly and perfect orders. Hands down my favorite McDonald's location 🥰

I go to this McDonald’s nearly every day for a drink before work. I always pickup from the counter and I didn’t change anything to say I’d go to the drive thru.
I was told by the front counter by a manager no less that I needed to go to the drive thru to pick up my coffee and she has no way to punch in the register up front. I told her I didn’t have time to wait in the drive thru line which is why I never select the drive thru. So told me there was nothing she could do.
I suppose walking 4 feet to the drive thru register to put in my code was too much this morning so I was told to just not pick it up and I’ll get refunded. Horrible customer service especially toward a frequent customer.

REGARDING THE TALL WHITE FEMALE BREAKFAST MANAGER WITH FAKE BLONDE HAIR. The drive through got my order wrong. No big deal everyone makes mistakes. But when I asked for the manager to correct it SHE WAS UNNECESSARILY VERY RUDE. I come to this McDonalds very often. I came here today to have a good morning and her rudeness ruined my day. It’s not hard to correct a mistake especially when the customer is being nice. Instead she blamed me. I could have chose to be rude to her as well with all kinds of condescending comments but chose to be kind. I hope the owner sees this comment. She just needs to know that she is to return respectful treatment from customers with the same. Be kind, lady. I can be unkind too just so you know. I just now saw another complaint about this lady. She must be miserable at home. Treat your customers and employees with respect.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I am finally leaving this informative review after visiting several times over the past 2 years. I generally won’t leave negative reviews, however this location is the worst. Takes forever to place an order at the counter.
