    When to this McDonald’s two days in a row and both times they forgot the same thing in my order. The first time they forgot a mcchicken but didn’t realize until I got home they also gave me a Dr.Pepper when I ordered a Diet Coke for my newly type 1 diabetic fiancé which could have really messed her up not to mention, the quality of the food was horrible nuggets were very overcooked almost burnt, large fry pretty much had no fries in it and were cold. The second night they forgot a mcchicken again and had an attitude when told this. Was Told to pull up but after waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes, no one came out so when I pulled back through the girl in the window pretty much threw the bag at me and slammed the window.

    Stood in line for 10 minutes, one of the employees was grabbing ketchup and saw us standing there not even hey I will be right with you we got nothing, then tried placing our order inside on the computer, didn’t work, so I asked if they were sold out of the grinch meal because on the computer it said they were sold out they said yes, I said how I just saw you serve someone a grinch meal through the window how is that possible I got an answer of IDK. I am a manager my self this is not how you run a business and train your staff. Absolutely will never be back, I’m more mad at the fact I was not acknowledged when your employee saw us

    I placed a nearly $30 order through the McDonald’s app, and what I experienced at this location was unbelievable. When I arrived at the window, the manager, Jonquell, informed me their ice cream/frappe machine was down and they couldn’t make my $4.59 frappe. She offered a soft drink instead but refused to adjust the price difference. I declined and simply asked for a refund for the item they couldn’t provide. Despite being the manager, she told me she was unable to issue a refund because the order was placed through the app — even though the app clearly states that refunds for in-store pickup orders must be handled at the restaurant. When I calmly pointed this out, she became argumentative, rude, and completely unprofessional. It got so bad that after I said I would wait at the store and call the mobile app support number to verify the policy, she sent an employee outside who behaved in a way that felt intimidating and unnecessary. I have never experienced such hostility at a fast-food restaurant. This location desperately needs training in customer service, communication, and basic professionalism. I will not be returning, and I hope McDonald’s corporate takes a serious look at how this store is being managed
