  GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Everything you've read in the reviews about this McDonald's location is true! I surely wish I had read the reviews before we stopped for a quick snack. We're not from this side of town but we figured McDonald's was safe you know consistent and all. We opted to go inside and sit down because we needed a little break. When we entered the dining room there were five or six people in the dining area all kind of shenanigans going on loud hollering joking carrying on I thought it was customers, turns out it was staff. Waited at the counter until they stop screwing around and they went back to work. Simple order two cheeseburgers fries and a drink. Took about 15 minutes. When I approached the counter to see what was taken so long I observed several employees in the kitchen area and food prep area with Jaguar jerseys spread all around the counter as they're laughing cutting up and looking through Jaguar merchandise. I saw no one preparing orders. I stood there for a while and when they saw me looking at them the girl folded up the jerseys and stuffed them in a bag and commented let's get this show on the road! Mind you this was after 10 minutes. She hastily grabbed my order slammed it in a bag an threw it up on the counter. The cutting up in shenanigans started up again. There are at least three other people in line waiting on their order and God knows how many in the drive-thru. The fries were cold and soggy and the hamburger looked like it was made yesterday. Presentation was unacceptable and unbelievable! Everything was cold. I've eaten in a lot of McDonald's but I've got to say this one takes the cake as being the most rude unprofessional employees I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant congratulations! You expect McDonald's to be consistent you expect to be greeted and served with respect. You expect a business to present a professional appearance and employees to conduct their self in a professional manner. This McDonald's possesses none of these qualities and it's unbelievable how they are even able to maintain a franchise. I see the owner has responded to several negative reviews however it appears no action has been taken because this location is exactly as described in the negative reviews. You got a lot of work to do.

  No managers on duty NO customer service is available No hot food is ready to eat why is this place open??? Never again in this lifetime P.S my stomach hurts after eating here DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION McDonald’s COULDN’T PAY ME 1 million to eat here🤢🤮 NO 🧢

  I don’t care how short staffed you are. An hour and a half wait on a pick up order for McDonald’s is insane (notice the time ordered and the actual time in top left). The one reason I give this two stars instead of one is Willie. He was very communicative, respectful, apologetic, and busting his butt to make sure everyone was taken care of. Keep at it Willie!

  Don't go here. There are so many McDonald's around that this one should be avoided. Every experience over the past year has been abysmal for one reason or another. Weather it be rude employees, bad management, old food that's been sitting out all day, to today where I paid for a Double quarter pounder, and opened the box to regular patties. The box was DQP, the bun, the onions all DQP. So there was a calculated choice made to short me. They could care less about their customers, and the time of day doesn't change that. If you crave McDonald's, just drive a few miles to go to ANY other.
