    Who does the hiring for this location? I have witnessed the staff clear orders off their screen without filling them, mark delivery orders as "ready", when they haven't even started them, and staff laughing and joking with a lobby full of patrons. I would avoid this location at all costs. The management doesn't even care. They serve their family and friends before anyone else. I pray to God this woman Omega isn't a manager! You've got personnel without non-slip shoes on. Omega walking around eating food while serving food. This place is absolutely horrible.

    I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald's just a mile from my home! The young lady named Ashley truly made my visit memorable with her exceptional helpfulness. The location was spotless, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I loved the collection of photos showcasing Jacksonville's historic landmarks, including The Landing, the aircraft carrier at Mayport Naval Air Station, and a stunning view of downtown. Every staff member was friendly, but Ashley particularly stood out for her kindness and assistance. Five stars all the way!

    Terrible, been going here for a few years and it gets worse and worse. Took me an hour to get my food today. Given the wrong order twice, had to turn around to go back and there's no one working the counter.
