- CSClarissa Stevenson3 days ago1.0Absolutely the worst mcdonalds in all of Jacksonville...when it hits 11 pm and night and you order anything from this store whether its doordash or Uber they will not and never have been good with tending to their delivery customers late at night..they only focus on the drive thru...I have been doing delivery service for a very long time and in several states...and this is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever experienced...I will never give them my service or send service that way...they need a whole new crew

They are awesome, very kind and pleasant, made my night. The good was great too, especially the chicken ranch wrap! How hard is it to put chicken nugget sauce in a bag and send with an order. I ordered chicken nuggets, two strawberries and cream pies,ranch and buffalo sauce. My sauce and pies were miss! I totally would have understood if the items were unavailable but they printed missing items ordered on receipt!! I tried to give them a second chance and reorder pies and sauce spent 14 dollars!! Pies in bag, no SAUCE! I've never had an issue like this with McDonald's. I will definitely be contacting manager today

When I called again someone picked up the phone and didn't say anything, called back repeatedly again-get busy signal. Food including fast food is too expensive for this foolishness. This McDonald's disappointed me tonight. Actually now im just noticing my mobile order does not even match my receipt, how wonder my burger waSo dry and missing what i ordered-what the helly?
