Got a refund. Worst McDonald's in Jacksonville! And don't bother posting the feedback link, i gave it that day and never received follow up.

В зале грязно: столы не протираются, пол липкий, мусор может стоять долгое время. Видно, что за чистотой почти никто не следит. Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудников — от некоторых явно пахнет марихуаной, что вообще недопустимо для заведения общественного питания. Создаётся ощущение, что персоналу просто всё равно, где он работает и кто приходит есть. Заказ приходится ждать слишком долго, даже когда людей немного. При этом еда приходит сделанная наспех и некачественно: бургеры собраны криво, ингредиенты раскиданы, картошка холодная, внешний вид — как будто её делали без малейшего желания.

The staff is careless and lazy, you have to ask for everything yourself. Burgers are greasy and falling apart, fries are cold like they’ve been sitting there forever. Very poor service and no respect for customers. Definitely not coming back

He asked to speak to a manger to get his money back and nothing. I wish I would have looked at the reviews because I would have never stoped here. We didn’t get our food. We didn’t get our money back. This place need to shut down and retrained the employees. If I could’ve given you zeros I would’ve.
