    Food cold, service bad, atmosphere bad. First of all, there was music playing very loud another customer had to ask politely to lower it, while the manager was standing right there. Second, the cashier, Selena, must've had a bad day because from the moment I stepped to the front counter, she redirected me to the order board instead of taking my order, with no line. I went to the board and to no surprise, it wasn't working. So I went back to the counter, to which she said "Just go on wit yo order". I placed my order. When I asked for a drink with light ice, not realizing I have to get the drink myself, she placed an empty cup on the counter and said "do what you want cause I just give the cups" and whispered something I couldn't hear. I placed my order, thanked her, and just walked away.

    The necessary loud music being played in the kitchen service poor. outstandingly, poor who we are was very cold. Did not return it because we did not feel like dealing with the attitude as we was on our lunch's break will not come here again

    Worst store for a long time. Recently tried to order a specialty posted on the drive through menu and the employee wasn’t aware of it and treated me like an idiot. Over heard her tell another that some people just can’t read. Poor attitude continued at the window. Just one more example Of poor training that is a constant of this location for years. I live in a development of 900 dwellings next to the store and we have our own web site. It is often mentioned on there bad experiences with this store and suggestions to avoid it.

    Mobile order pickup time is 11:40 but at 11:57 the order is still not ready and all the employees don't care at all.

    Missed Opportunity for Good Customer Service I usually have good experiences with McDonald’s, but this visit was disappointing. I placed a mobile order for an order of fries using the McDonald’s app. I meant to select my usual location near work, but the app routed me to a different store without me realizing it. When I arrived at my regular McDonald’s, I gave them my code and was told the order had been placed at another location. I asked if I could just pick it up there, but they told me no and said my only options were to cancel the order or drive to the other store. I don’t think they realized it was only fries, but even if they had, I was still told nothing could be done. That was a missed opportunity to help make a small situation right for a regular customer. I understand that policies are there for a reason, but in this case, it would have been easy to show a little flexibility and provide good customer service. Instead, I lost my chance to use the $2 fry deal for the day and have to wait several days for a refund. It wasn’t about the money, it was about the experience. A simple gesture to help would have gone a long way.
