  Our experience was nothing short from terrible. We placed an online breakfast order and showed up in line BEFORE breakfast ended. We were stuck behind a truck who was also there before but no one would answer the speaker. Then, another car pulls up right before breakfast ends to the other speaker and they answer her but not us. Then they want to tell us “sorry breakfast is over”. WE WERE THERE WAITING AND THEY WOULDNT PICK UP? Makes absolutely no sense. There is an order of when cars show up for a reason. Never again.

  I want my $21.98 back for food that I never received due to a dangerous situation your employees created in your restaurant. On Nov 8 2025 at 2:00PM, I had the most unsafe, worst dining experience of my life at this McDonald's. I arrived at this McDonald's to pickup my order I had placed via the McDonald's app. Shortly after I walked in, a couple of employees started having a verbal argument that escalated to a physical fight involving several McDonald's employees that started in the kitchen and moved to the cashier counter then the front of the restaurant. At least 1 person (another customer) called 911. The setting was obviously unsafe so I left and never received my order. That day, I called McDonald's customer support to report the incident and issue a refund. The representative said a "leader" from this McDonald's restaurant would be in contact with me. I have not gotten a refund nor a phone call from this "leader".

  They didn't have any type of soda when I went, only water and tea. How is supposed to be a family food restaurant driven without soda???

  Sat in line at the speaker for almost 4 minutes. Ended up driving away because no one answered.

  mcdonald’s food is same as always, but the staff is extremely rude and did not bring our food to our table (what are table tents for?)… it is not busy at all, it is 10am. my table was super dirty, looked like it was days of build up. i asked for a wet rag to wipe it down and it took about 10 mins for someone to hand me the rag that was sitting right behind the counter, i almost grabbed it myself but didnt want to cause any issues. they gave us food and no cups for our drinks. they are bumping orders off the screen and then taking 15 mins to actually finish the orders…. thank god im not from here but id go to a different mcdonald’s if you want to be taken care of. i understand its mcdonalds, but they get paid at LEAST 15 an hour to be absolutely ignorant and can’t even clean a table.
