  sketchy situation at this location. Guy passed out in the corner. A worker was present and unphased by his presence. Drug straws, pill packets, and a can of beans on the Men's bathroom floor. Manager did respond to my observation but they didn't kick the guy out. My wife was scared to use the women's room.

  This McDonald's is so poorly managed on Sundays. It is always a long line and a long wait. You are a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Get with the program, supposed to be FAST What is the issue on Sundays??????? Get the weekday manager in on Sundays to fix this slow poor service.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went through the drive through 6:30 am Dec 27. After ordering, I waited at the closed window to receive my order. After a few minutes with no one coming to the window, but could see 3 women working inside, I tapped on the window to see if I was at the right window. No one came to the window. I waited a couple more minutes and tapped again. A woman came to the window and I asked if I was at the right window. She said she doesn't speak English and closed the window. I waited what is now at least a total of 5 minutes and tapped again. A young black woman with a headset on came and yelled at me that she is the only one taking and handing out orders and told me "I am not serving you and if you don't leave I'm calling the police". I said I'm not leaving until I get my order. She the got on the phone to call the police. I didn't need this grief so I left without getting what I ordered. That young black woman has no idea of good customer service.

  visited this McDonald’s last night and had an incredibly disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. I placed a mobile order well before 8:30 PM, only to find that the lobby—supposedly open until 11 PM—was already closed, forcing me to go through the drive-thru, which was extremely slow. At the window, they tried multiple times to hand me the wrong order. The staff member assisting me had difficulty communicating in English, which complicated things. When I finally received my order, it was missing the sauce packets I had requested. When I pointed this out, the manager started shouting across the room that she had put them in the bag. She was very confrontational and eventually came over and rudely threw a handful of sauce packets into my car. In the process, a ranch packet broke open inside my vehicle, making a mess. To top it off, she didn’t even give me the correct sauces. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s. If this is the behavior of management, it’s a serious issue. As a regular customer, I’m really disappointed and hope this kind of service is addressed.

  Went through Drive through. I was given wrong Burger. Went back through drive through, Order taker ask to see receipt. Fished around to find receipt, she walked around asking questions. Came back to the window ask for the burger I received so ahe could verify it was not the Daily Double. She "inspected" the cheeseburger. It was another 5 minutes at the window waiting for the Daily Double. The Wrapper smelled like perfume or cleaning solution. I did not eat it, I threw it away.
