Check your food before you drive off. Low order accuracy. Yes open the boxes and check the sauces. Check everything. A free cup of water is out of the question, order that at the menu board or they'll refuse to give you water period.
Specifically I ordered a cheese burger extra onion, it came with no onions, they remade it then it had missing pickles. Had to remake it 3x! Ordered nuggets with Honey mustard, it came with BBQ sauce instead. Every single time there's been something incorrect with my order.
Staff is somewhat polite considering, and everything else seems ok, just very low order accuracy. Check everything before you drive off or walk away from the counter.

The service here is AWFUL. Waiting over an hour our food is INEXCUSABLE! We only got our food because my sister went in an complained.

I would really like to understand how I visited. The store waited 25 minutes for a person behind the counter to acknowledge my existence now that the kiosk in there they don’t wanna say hello they don’t even acknowledge that you’re alive in their store zero out of 10 do not recommend

This place is the worst of worst when it comes to customer service. These young girls and old ladies look at you as if you’re taking their money away. Meanwhile they chose to work there. They get mad if you ask for extra packages of ketchup and sauces but give you a bag with cold food and no napkins or straws. When you ask for it, they have attitude. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional. The GM always has attitude towards the employees and yells in front of customers. The managers in there make it no better. It’s hard to see a group of people cleaning up meanwhile the employees are horsing around and being loud. Customers are looking forward to their food but the wait it’s long too. Drive thru is always backed up and get the order wrong. I like McDonalds but this location is by the worst facility I ever visited. Corporate really needs to fire and hire people who really want to work and make a difference cause this is not it. I don’t like leaving a bad review on anyone but something has to be done.
