I would really like to understand how I visited. The store waited 25 minutes for a person behind the counter to acknowledge my existence now that the kiosk in there they don’t wanna say hello they don’t even acknowledge that you’re alive in their store zero out of 10 do not recommend

This place is the worst of worst when it comes to customer service. These young girls and old ladies look at you as if you’re taking their money away. Meanwhile they chose to work there. They get mad if you ask for extra packages of ketchup and sauces but give you a bag with cold food and no napkins or straws. When you ask for it, they have attitude. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional. The GM always has attitude towards the employees and yells in front of customers. The managers in there make it no better. It’s hard to see a group of people cleaning up meanwhile the employees are horsing around and being loud. Customers are looking forward to their food but the wait it’s long too. Drive thru is always backed up and get the order wrong. I like McDonalds but this location is by the worst facility I ever visited. Corporate really needs to fire and hire people who really want to work and make a difference cause this is not it. I don’t like leaving a bad review on anyone but something has to be done.

Went there today to get myself and my wife breakfast. I got home and half the order i paid for wasn't in the bag. I live 20 minutes from this location so there was no way I'd make it back in time before breakfast was over. Tried to call 5 different times and nobody picks up. This the third and the last time this will happen. Next time it's straight to corporate

This McDonalds was great. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful. What a pleasant experience.
