  Went through the drive-thru and no one was answering so we went to the parking lot and saw someone walking in and out. Went in there. Talked with him. He had told us that he had been there for 30 minutes waiting for a doordash order and he has been screaming for someone to answer. All the doors have been unlocked and the lights are on so it looks like it's open. He had called the store four times and no one has answered after he was forced to leave cuz of his doordashing we stayed an extra 10 minutes. I kept on trying to get someone's attention cuz I had to use my points to get a coffee. All I wanted was my coffee. I even yelled trying to get someone's attention. No one came and one person decided to come out from outside. Apparently it was. The manager decided to really tell us that the store was closed even though there was nothing acknowledging that the store was closed and gave us attitude I took a video. I will be trying to post it

  I ordered something a little "picky" (only Mac sauce on my McDouble) My wallet just got stolen and I thought I had enough for two sandwiches on my cash app card but I was 0.62 cents short and a fine wonderful employee took care of it for me. I'll be back to return the dollar and the sandwiches are good :) thank you 💕

  Avoid this restaurant. I visited at night around 8 pm and ordered at the drive through. The food was terribly bad. The hamburger was poorly prepared and the fries were old and soggy. I like McDonald's, but the experience at this restaurant was just awful. I would not come back for any reason.

  I had a very disappointing and humiliating experience at this McDonald’s. I visited the store with my wife and son to redeem three complimentary sandwich cards — gifts personally given to us by Mr. David Mullins Sr., owner of the franchise. Each of us had one card. The employee made us wait for over 30 minutes, refused to redeem the three cards (one per person), and when I decided not to proceed, she tore one of the cards in front of me and said she would call the police. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, but I have never felt so humiliated in my life — especially in front of my wife and my son. I am a regular customer and have purchased from this location several times since moving to Jacksonville. This situation was deeply disappointing because I know it does not represent the values of DCC LEE Enterprises or McDonald’s. I sincerely hope management takes action to ensure that no customer is ever treated this way again.

  Have always ordered from here when passing thru and never a issue till today! I went thru drive thru and using my mobile app I had to repeat code 3 times and employee still couldn't get it right, sounded like I was a bother and she had something else to do, then when I gave my order just a simple fish sandwich she said huh, at that point I said never mind and as I was driving off she's curses at me. Like I said never had a issue before till now and will never come back here.
