They are fast at times but that means your order gonna be wrong. Today we got 4 egg n cheese mc muffins. Req folded (scrambled) eggs they came white with very very green eggs. Then ordered 4 bacon eggs cheese (some were folded other was white (green) I received a steak eggs cheese with in think onions. I didn't even know they served steak so definitely didn't order it nor is that on my receipt. I did taste it yukk full of butter or grease (my cat just ate it) lol. I literally told my husband 4x you have to check before you leave it will be wrong. He said I checked they were all there he was like I shouldn't have to open every sandwich i said yes you do. We own a restaurant and we are not perfect but each person should make sure whats in the bag before handing it out that's what we do to reassure our customers return happy! General manager should go in this location n the one on st augustine rd and do some real good training or they gonna go out like burger king.

Very upset with the McDonalds at 10135 San Jose location, they are rude and during the summer I like to have an ice cream cone or Milk shake and they are Always out of ice cream.. Have eaten there many times and Never as good as the one on Old St Augustine rd in Jacksonville, Fl. They are not friendly, but for convenience we continued to do business with them. I am finished with them … they don’t answer their phones for office group orders, so apparently they do not need our business
- PPPierreNov 1, 20255.0Literally the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’m a person who never really gets food through the drive-through, I mostly go down and order food at the register. I was expecting them to take a while because many McDonald’s mostly do take a while when you order down. However, they had my food out within five minutes. Overall, it was a great meal and a great experience.
