  Turkish Flame 5 Stars- This was a great find. Came to a wedding in Clearwater and I had a free day before flying back to New York. I usually trust the overall ratings on Yelp & Google and the reviews were spot on. We were greeted by Ece pronounced “AJ”. She was amazing and I thought she was one of the owners. She was attentive, made great suggestions like our appetizer warm hummus. She took us through a dinner journey that made us want to try more dishes on the menu. Coincidentally, chef Bora hosted a Yelp Elite event recently and Ece told me all about it. She was very proud of the restaurant and we were treated to complimentary Turkish tea and Babaganusj. Portions are a good size, prices are fair, service was AMAZING, the restaurant is nicely decorated and has a beautiful copper ceiling, Turkish lamps and has a good number of tables indoor with a few tables outdoor. The restaurant is also very clean right down to the bathrooms. They also have about 5 parking spots available outside as parking seems to be a premium here. The menu is fairly extensive with appetizers, house specials, entrees, salads, sides, soups and desserts. They have both Turkish and American beverages. The chicken shish-kabob was very moist and tender. It was served in pita with rice and salad. For desert we had the Kunefe. Which was excellent. I highly recommend it. Coming from New York City, our Turkish restaurants set a high bar. Turkish Flame definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them and will be back the next time I’m in the Tampa/Clearwater area. I will go as far to say, they set a high standard for any restaurant in the area.

  Absolutely incredible. Turkish Frame in Clearwater / Indian Rocks Beach is a true gem. The food is unbelievably fresh and rich in flavor honestly better than many places in Turkey.Award-winning chef Bora Çalışkan brings real mastery to the menu, known across Pinellas and Tampa for his natural, creative cuisine and top-rated vegan dishes. Ece and Abdullah were warm, attentive, and welcoming — the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back the next day. If you’re anywhere near Pinellas County, go here. This is the spot. 🇹🇷🔥

  Where to begin…from the moment you enter you are welcomed and embraced. The staff is extremely attentive while giving you space. They are helpful with recommendations and explanation of menu items. While we’ve had the pleasure of Abdullah serving us each time, the whole staff is amazing! The food TOP NOTCH and the atmosphere is lovely. It brings a feeling of comfort and ease. Almost like you’re family. If you’ve enjoyed Turkish food in the past or wanting to try something new, this is the place to be! I wish I had taken photos of the food, but we dig in too quick and demolish with every delicious bite! Like to eat outside? They got you! Not only do they have lovely, romantic and quaint seating outside… they have heaters installed at every table for colder weather!! They’ve literally thought of everything!! It’s a must experience.

  Turkish Flame is a new jewel along the gulf coast! First, the location is absolutely wonderful- literally one street over from the beach in Indian Rocks. Had a lovely day at the beach and then stopped over here for the cherry on top of a meal. Everything was exquisite, from the food to the service to the setting. I am a big fan of Mediterranean and Turkish food, so I’ve tried a lot but Turkish Flame is still easily some of the best I’ve tried. Let me say, hummus will never be the same to me again after trying the baked hummus here. According to our lovely waitress, it’s very normal in Turkey to have warm hummus rather than cold like we usually have it here in the states, and I 100% understand why they do it. So fabulous. I tried the lamb shish kebab, which was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Along with soft sticky rice, a grilled tomatoes and a dip of tsaziki sauce, it was heaven on your taste buds. Also had their mixed fruit sparkling juice, and it was refreshing and the right amount of sweetness. We got some Turkish tea which was great as well. Really such a wonderful experience all around. The staff was so delightful and the food is worth every dollar. Oh, and get some baklava or Turkish flan for dessert too, you won’t regret it!

  The food was fresh, & the staff was friendly. This was initially supposed to be a nice date night for my girlfriend & I, but unfortunately she wasn't feeling well so it turned into a nice time out with my daughter. I started off with a glass of the Anatolian white wine, & the handmade rolled cheese pie as our appetizer. It was light & flaky, & tasted great especially paired with the tzatziki sauce. My daughter called them turkish mozzarella sticks lol. For our entrées my daughter ordered the beef shish kebab & I ordered the Traditional lamb adana kebab, but unfortunately that isn't what my daughter recieved. My daughter recieved the Doner Kebab instead of the beef shish kebab. At first she didn't realize she had recieved the incorrect dish. Once we did I asked my daughter what she wanted to do but we decided we didn't want to wait for new dish since we had plans afterwards so she just kept what she received. Even though it wasn't what she ordered the food was still delicious & we enjoyed it all. After we were finished I wanted some of the baklava but I was to full, so we got some to go to eat later when we got home. Our server brought us some turkish tea at the end which was very refreshing. All in all it was nice experience, & I'll be coming back soon with my girlfriend for our missed date night.
