You have to order carry out and come in person to check (as I usually do) and this will be the last time I check because they continue to get it wrong and it's frustrating waiting 20 more minutes for the correct pizza while the rest of the order is getting cold. Absolutely NOTHING has changed since the reviews from years ago until now and I'm sure no manager reads this, cares and nothing will ever be done to correct this inconvenience.

When contacted the store, the guy who picks up the phone automatically assumes I speak Spanish. Sure why not! I ask regarding delivery arrival time and he said no it’s still here, it’s leaving the store now (916pm which was supposed to be the delivery time). However for everyone that is Cuban, knows that “now” means in 30 mins. And god forbid you don’t tip while ordering, probably never get the pizza.
