She’s quick to come out from behind the counter to chat with her friends and sit down, while the staff follows the same unprofessional behavior. When I politely asked about the delay with my order, I was completely ignored. I even repeated my question in Spanish, and they still ignored me. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was too busy sitting with her friends to even look up. McDonald’s needs to seriously rethink who they’re hiring as managers. They could learn a lot from Chick-fil-A about customer service and professionalism. I waited 30 minutes for four sandwiches, which is unacceptable.
