I had placed an online order and selected sausage as my topping, but somehow it changed to pepperoni without me noticing until I got to the store. When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if I could just buy some sausage on the side to add it myself, something that’s clearly available online for around $2. Instead of helping, Vasti responded in an extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. She acted like I was asking for something outrageous and repeatedly told me she couldn’t help, even though what I was asking for was simple and reasonable. It honestly felt like she was going out of her way to make the situation harder than it needed to be. All she had to do was sell me a drink and add on the sausage, it would’ve taken two minutes. I left the store feeling completely disrespected and honestly shocked at how someone in a manager role could act this way toward a paying customer. It’s frustrating when you come in calm and willing to fix a simple issue yourself, and the employee makes it feel like you’re a problem instead of a person. Pizza Hut, please train your staff better, especially those in charge. Customers shouldn’t leave your store feeling humiliated over something this small.
